Dash Mall and parking started its pilot test with NFC Cards in the Shopping Centers of Merida Venezuela

Dash is added as a payment option with NFC cards at Eletropay points of sale in the parking lots of the shopping centers where the Dash Mall and Parking project is applied. Thanks to the recent alliance between Eletropay and Dash Mall and Parking, the pilot test with NFC cards for parking payments in Merida-Venezuela began, with the immediate vision of expanding this payment method in stores of shopping centers.
This achievement is thanks to Dash Mall and Parking team in charge of creating closed ecosystems that allow the adoption and real utility of Dash Digital Cash in the shopping centers of Merida-Venezuela led by Yoana Castillo and the Eletropay team, a Dash compliant point of sale terminal developed in part by Rodrigo Ambrissi of Dash Brazil
This new initiative will mark the growing trend of physical stores that begin to accept cryptocurrencies with a payment system that will speed up the process of transition from conventional banking to payments with Cryptocurrencies, in addition, users will be able to use their Dash Wallet to pay in the same Point of sale.
Two payment modalities with the same Dash cryptocurrency, this is especially important for people who live from salary to salary and need money immediately, which previously meant being in search of cash shortage today becomes a reality in Merida Venezuela
The cards were purchased by store owners of the shopping center to pay their parking lots daily and who have the most access to the shopping center during quarantine to offer basic necessities (Pharmacies, food and fast food outlets), the owners of stores facilitating the payment of parking lots to users who visit them during the contingency period, paying with their Dash Card.
As soon as normal work in Venezuela is restarted, we hope to massify the Dash Card sales process in shopping centers.
