About the miner restart phenomenon, please refer to FAQ
Why mining software automatically restart?
Mining software support self recovery from network fault and drive fault function, with watchdog monitoring for the whole system , when an anomaly is detected, the mining software will automatically restart, trying to self recovery from the fault, so mining software auto restart is a normal phenomenon.

General, restart phenomenon should be random, but if your local network break down, the miner at the same router may restart at the same time and try to recover the network link.
Of course, the remote pool bad status may cause the miner restart also.

Further more, if you config the temp monitor, the miner will shut down when the temp above the shutdown threshold, and you should restart it manually.

The nicehash extranonce bug already fixed at 3.5.6.
I did a test, point each miner to different pool and guess what happen after a few hours?
They restarts all in same time and all are connected to the same router so it looks like the network must mostly cause this restarts.

My machine is running much better, and I'm unsure exactly what I did, but for pool 0, I finally got it to accept my main pool credentials. However, if you want to do any multi-pool mining (like nicehash or multipool.us), I find that the miner becomes unstable, so I've been sticking to just mining Dash.

Good suggestion, we will consider to add the function to configure the pool list more easy in the new version.
I just discover that when you adding pool it is last on list but (and you want it to be as pool 0-first) type pool details, press add pool, press on priority TOP so it is set to 0 then delete first pool from your list and new pool jump from last position to top!
After that save configuration
Try it

Thanks to andhum for shared your experience.
Yeah, it is right way to add your priority 0 pool.

Don't you think that such things should be included in miner's User manual or in other documentation where everyone can find it to configure their devices properly?

It should be our mistake, we take it for granted that the user will deal with it.
We hope that it no bother our user for a long time.
Thank you for your pertinent advice.

Thanx a lot! I'll try it soon.

p.s. well, I have tried it.

How can I see that the UI is updated? It's the same as before.
Why SSH access is closed?
Why the "Edit" button does not work?

I am still having problems with my machine, the original problems have been sorted but the machine keeps giving trouble, now only two blades are running after one of them caught fire.
I've obviously turned off the machine and won't be running it anymore, I have an expensive paper weight.

I've mentioned this in the Slack but have no response over the last few days. Consider this a support ticket because this machine is still under warranty and I'd like to get this sorted out as soon as possible.

Caught Fire? Do you know if was in the power supply region? That is scary, it's something I worry about everyday with all my mining equipment.

"caught fire" is me being a little dramatic but it is a real fear of mine, but I have it on video shorting with a bit of flame for a second and then powering off and smoking. It was near the fans on the chip itself.
Thankfully the machine will turn off if something like that happens.

I guess you input some invalid character or miss some info, for example missing 3336 port for nicehash, or using local input method input invalid char.
Anyway, if any issue please contact with us.

Of course not, we are always here.
Any issue please contact with us, dashtalk, slack, and email, anyway.
Well the last time that Lei Ju responded to me was July 13th, I asked a question about shipping costs for new chips to be sent here, asked on the 19th, and on the 22nd.
Would like to hear back from someone on that so that I can take the offer and have them mailed, but I need to know how much it'll cost me.

Finally back up running, but I cannot connect to the control panel....
the machine has four blue lights, is connected via ethernet, and i am on the same network.

http://ibelink

it says "ibelink’s serverDNS addresscould not be found."
