Help translating the darkcoin core

Since Bavaria never had a written language, the wording and (more even more) the exact pronunciation differs every 1.7 miles.
And it is a lot about facial expressions, which are hard to translate into letters....

So, how do we solve different Opinions on how to phrase a particular Translation? - I have two ideas:
  1. Beer-fight (most common problem-solve-mechanism in Bavaria)
  2. "wer z´erschd kimmt, mald zerschd" (first-come-first-serve - also very common)

I think it will be a mixture of both, as always.....

by the way: WHO IS WITH ME ???
NATURAL Bavarian speakers needed for the translation.

You have to maintain BOTH "One" and "Other" (singular and plural, here: "jeden" and "inne"), located in the topmost part where the English original text is, before you can save.

Just click on those little buttons and maintain _both_ texts.

YES!!!! WORKED Thnx Crowning ;)

is there a way to "test" the translations?

...simply downloading, rename, -> local
does not do the trick.

is there a file i need to mess arraound?

//yes, that is my test, wallet... no harm will be done...

update: okay, it seems it doesnt work at all if the QT is already deployed since the "bitcoin-qt.pro" does that (ts->qm) in the making.....

yes. install gettext, configure your transifex login details to ~/.transifexrc or something and compile from source:

git clone https://github.com/darkcoin/darkcoin
cd darkcoin
git checkout v0.11.1.x
tx pull -a # <-- gets the latest translations
./autogen.sh
./configure
make -j $(nproc)
./src/qt/darkcoin-qt

since Dortmund starts in a couple of minutes,
i will have to postpone that...

Out of the Dark[TM] there are some "Bitcoin" translations showing up again in the German translation, so the people who translate other languages should re-check theirs!

vertoe , before Evan goes to main-net you have to incorporate all the translations again.
