Here I will post the statistics of the people who rated me.
I will not bother you posting again and again, I will just edit this first page.
Those statistics are exported from my profile's https://www.dash.org/forum/account/ratings-received
This page is under construction.

I would appreciate if someone could find me a way to automate the above.

Although I discovered some nice insects (for ex. @ceti who rated 30 messages as trolls in 4 minutes! He is a fast reader, isnt he?) it remains very difficult for me to extract the statistics, as long as I am counting manually....:(

Ok...I know nobody will help me on this.
this place has no usefull persons, only marketeers, advertisers e.t.c.
so let me try to write the script alone...
this script is under construction.

Code:
#!/bin/bash

#First Login to https://www.dash.org/forum/login/
curl --user name:password https://www.dash.org/forum/login/ -v
#or maybe this?
wget --save-cookies cookies.txt --keep-session-cookies --post-data="username=foo&password=bar" "https://www.dash.org/forum/login/"
#or use PhantomJS or Selenium ?

#then extract info
c=0
n=1
while [ $c -le 0 ]
do
s=`wget -v "https://www.dash.org/forum/account/ratings-received?page="$n`
names=`cat $s|grep "rated your post"|cut -f2 -d"<"|cut -f1 -d">"`
c=`cat $s|grep "Unfortunately, none of your content has received any ratings yet." |wc -l`
n=$(( n+1 ))
done

It's okay, they get back their medicine.. I return the favour and mark them as Trolling. Let the wars being here and we'll just escalate it until I've had enough of it, then I'll just take down the main dash website again

When I will manage to write the above script, yet another srcipt will be written.

With this second script I will troll rate all the post of the insects who troll rated me (like @ceti and some others who are obviously alternative accounts)

The community must be informed of the sneaky tactics of some people around here.

If you start to run scripts/bots on this forum you will get banned.
When @ceti rated 30 post in 4 minutes, this is not a script?
If you do not ban him, then I will run the appropriate scripts in order to protect myself, inform the community and reveal the sneaky tactics of the trolls.
WHO IS AFRAID OF THE INFORMATION OVER HERE?

I don't know when he rated you 30 times in four minutes, but that is 8 seconds per rating, perfectly doable without scripts... specially because you post so many times in the same thread.

You've already been warned, if you run scripts, you'll be banned. And don't try to make this about freedom. You post all kind of things all the time. 99% of people don't agree and yet you are still able to post.

Of course you know. You are a core team member, and you have access to the forum database. Look there. Or in case you have no rights to the database , then ask a core team friend of yours who has access to the forum database, and he will confirm my claims.

You have to distinguish WHY we consider the script a bad thing. The script is considered a bad thing because someone rates without reading the posts. This is exactly what @ceti did. So with or without script, what he did was bad.

And after all nobody knows if he uses a script or not, as long as a script may be easily delayed 8 or more seconds, in order to imitate a legitimate user.

Just dropped a troll bomb on your ass. Was that a script, too, dim-o?
80 troll rates within 24 minutes, but the last eight of them within the same minute.
It could be a script. Who knows? Only you.

@fernando
A Captcha should be added when rating, in order to prevent people from bomb rating or from rating without reading the messages.

no. There's no configuration for rate limiting.
So someone has to write the code to add the rate limit (or the captcha) feature.
Why dont you add this, as a proposal into the budget system?

Why does someone has to do it?

Someome has to add a proposal, someone who is a masternode and has 5 dash in order to pay the proposal fee. I am not a masternode and I have not 5 Dash, so I cannot add a proposal like that.

Since when is all i say is a good idea something someone else has to do?

Yes of course someone must do it. All good ideas must be implemented. And all bad ideas must be hidden.

I said its a good idea - it is not supported by our forum software though.
Thats why someone should add a proposal to the budget system, and if the proposal gets voted then code the idea and make the forum support the feature.

If the idea is finally implemented, then, according to the agrement, the code can be sold by the developer or by the community, to the Xenforo forum company (similar to what @Solarminer did, who sold his work, as long as no pre-agreement took place with the community regarding who owns the work.)

A script would rate 30 messages in less than a second so I don't buy your conspiracy theory. "bomb rating" as you call it may not be pleasant but it's a free world (hence your ability to post on here without censorship), the flip side of that is that you're going to get other members of the community disagree with you. Let's face facts, it's not a conspiracy, nobody is "bomb rating" you blindly, it's just that the majority of the community clearly disagree with your view point..

There's nothing wrong with that intrinsically, but you just have to accept it... Either that or take a more positive approach and engage in friendly, positive and constructive debate with community members and try and convince them that your view is the best one..

Creating threads like this where you're basically challenging members and trying to "shame" them over their audacity to disagree with your position will do you no favours around here and will just serve to alienate you further within the community.

I urge you to reflect on this and take appropriate action.

Walter

If this is how you define censorship, let me tell you that I am delayed when posting messages.
Recently I received a message saying that my post should be delayed for 3 minutes.
So bomb-rating is allowed, but bomb-posting is not allowed so your above argument is invalid.

I am not trying to convince them. You cannot convince the stupid.
I am trying to shake them.

Again, not a helpful post... They're not stupid, they just disagree with you & they don't want (or need) to be shaken either. They need to be engaged in healthy debate with convincing facts and arguments supporting your opinion/view.

Have you ever saw @ceti or @Macrochip to be engaged in a healthy debate?
They are just stupid, they have nothing to answer to my arguments, or to any other's arguments.
The only thing they are doing, is to abuse the rate system.

So maybe they are not stupid, they are just sockpuppets used to bomb-rate.

@demo Why did you stop? I am sure it would be very informative for everyone to see how everyone you listed has rated your posts.
Don't forget the <rating history></rating history> too. Because remember that anyone can change their ratings at any time. If you don't, then there will be no record of what happened.

It is a waste of time to do it manually.
I have to create the script for doing it.
Do you have any idea how I login to xenforo forum using a script?

Code:
#!/bin/bash

#First Login to https://www.dash.org/forum/login/
curl --user name:password https://www.dash.org/forum/login/ -v
#or maybe this?
wget --save-cookies cookies.txt --keep-session-cookies --post-data="username=foo&password=bar" "https://www.dash.org/forum/login/"
#or use PhantomJS or Selenium ?
Which of the above ways is the more suitable? Or do you have any idea or any "ready to go" script that can do the login job?

If I manage to login into xenforo, then it is easy for me to get the stats and post them.
