Still the bad actor can pay others to be thier shills. You say a universal dividend will protect this but how many people take out payday loans at insane rates to pay for stuff today giving up money in the future. It is a scary proposition that u make. I have been around crypto awhile watch coins come and go btc rocket then crash. I know people I bought coins from during the crash that want me to sell them back at the price I paid. I told them when I bought them they shouldnt sell them but many can't look past today to thier future.

The guy who is the owner of several masternodes and wants to hide has to pay his puppets more than the universal dividend. Otherwise why the puppets to give them their wallet? Do you think you can find someone who can pay the people more than the universal dividend? I dont think so! And how many puppets can he pay? He has to be very very rich in order for his sybil attack to have a real impact, but if he so rich then in that case he owns the cryptocurrency anyway! Of course everything depends on how big the dividend is. Offering a decent dividend is not only a philanthropy, it is also a safety measure in order to prevent the coin for being compromised. And lets suppose that someone succeds in his sybil Attack and manages to buy many proof of individuality. What is the real impact? All his puppets will vote identicaly, so the statistics will still reveal that they are puppets! And he owns those proof of individuality not forever but until the next cryptoparty, which whenever it happens (for example after 2 years) will result in paying the puppets again.

An alternative universal dividend can be introduced, based not in fiat currency but in mutual credit.

It is a scary proposition that u make..
I think the current situation is scary, where stupids and spies are hidden behind anonymous masternodes and vote on their own benefit and against the benefit of the community.

I'm not totally sold, but I like the overall idea...I think a proof of individuality that protects anonymity is also something I read someone was trying to work on for crypto, without real world meetings. But until something like that comes along (and I have no idea what that would entail, as a non-techie guy), this seems like both fun and useful. Just the kind of weird party Skatopia would love! :)

To be fair, I have no MN...so my vote isn't super relevant.

Furthermore a proof of individuality that respects anonymity , may protect us also from receiving the mark of the beast on our right hand or on our forehead.:p

Is the translation of this video accurate? @UdjinM6 may confirm the correct translation.
Whatever they are saying, the way the "possessed" women are acting is impressive.

It is important to inform the community about the new message posts, but it is 1000000 times more important to inform the community about the new votes.
The concept of the proof of individuality, after the attack of the DeepOnion bots in the forum, is a matter of life or death for the Dash community.

Your cryptocurrency will not succeed, unless you adopt a proof of individuality implemented as follows:

After gaining their proof of individuality as above, people should vote for decisions, and not for persons.

As predicted, the proof of individuality is essential for the growth of a cryptocurrency.

Cardano, currently the 5th coin, implements a proof of individuality.

Your questions, answered
What is Atala PRISM?
Atala PRISM is a decentralized identity solution built on the Cardano blockchain. It creates a new approach to identity management, where users own their identity and have complete control over how their personal data is used and accessed. Data is shared with other individuals or organizations over secure, private peer-to-peer communication channels. Atala PRISM is designed for businesses, governments, and individuals.
What problems does Atala PRISM solve?
Current identity management mechanisms create significant risks and costs for businesses, as these platforms store and secure sensitive information. Governments face inefficiencies in their paper-based, bureaucratic processes, as well as personal data frauds. Individuals lack trust about how their information might be misused or sold to third parties without their consent. Atala PRISM solves these problems by enabling a new approach for digital identity where people have ownership of their personal information, and only share what is required with businesses or institutions in an easy, secure, and private way.
Who is Atala PRISM for?
Atala PRISM is for businesses, governments and individuals. Businesses can quickly onboard new customers, reduce compliance risks and costs, and deliver seamless user experiences. Governments can issue digital identities and enable instant access to public and private services. Individuals have ownership of their identity and data, and can control how their personal information is used and accessed.
Why is Atala PRISM superior to traditional digital identity systems?
Traditional centralized digital identity systems pose a number of risks such as identity theft, data breaches, data harvesting, and fragmentation. Atala PRISM overcomes these problems by giving more control to individuals and institutions, rather than relying on one single entity. Decentralized identity enables a more trusted, secure and private way of sharing identity and personal information.
How does Atala PRISM leverage the Cardano blockchain?
Cardano provides Decentralized Public Key Infrastructure (DPKI) which is key to enabling records that can be instantly verified by anyone and anywhere. DKPI enables everyone to create or anchor cryptographic keys on the blockchain in a tamper-proof and chronologically ordered way. These keys are used to allow others to verify digital signatures, or encrypt data to the respective identity holder. DPKI is an enabler for verifiable credentials. The Cardano blockchain is ideal for anchoring digital identities as it is highly secure and designed for long-term sustainability.
How do I know that personal data and identification are safe with Atala PRISM?
All personal information is securely and privately stored on the user's smartphone or smartcard. Leveraging blockchain technology, Atala PRISM ensures that transactions are performed in a secure, peer-to-peer fashion. Each user is the only person with access to their data and credentials.
How does removing third parties keep personal data and information safe?
Third parties, including technology companies and municipalities, can sell personal information, prevent individuals from accessing their data or shut down their account without permission. With Atala PRISM, individuals have complete control over their own data.
Does Atala PRISM own individuals' data?
No. All data is securely stored and encrypted on the user’s smartphone or smartcard. Each individual is the only person that can access it using their biometrics (i.e., fingerprint or faceID) or PIN code.
Are identity and credentials shareable only within the Atala PRISM ecosystem?
Anyone can integrate with Atala PRISM. Since it is built using industry standards, third-party apps will be able to connect easily in the future.
What happens if an individual loses their phone?
With Atala PRISM, everyone can restore their account and personal data by using their seed phrase. People just need to make sure they keep their seed phrase safe. If they lose it, they will need to create a new account and get their credentials reissued.

Of course, whatever these new kids on the block invent, there is nothing safer and more private in the world, than my proposition. ;)

Proof of personhood (PoP) is a means of resisting malicious attacks on peer to peer networks, particularly, attacks that utilize multiple fake identities, otherwise known as a Sybil attack. Decentralized online platforms are particularly vulnerable to such attacks by their very nature, as notionally democratic and responsive to large voting blocks. PoP is a resistance method for permissionless consensus, in which each unique human participant obtains one equal unit of voting power and associated rewards. In contrast with proof of work, proof of stake, and other approaches that confer voting power and rewards in a blockchain or cryptocurrency proportionately to a participant's investment in some activity or resource, proof of personhood aims to guarantee each unique human participant an equal amount of voting power and rewards, independent of economic investment.

In 2014, Vitalik Buterin proposed the problem of creating a "unique identity system" for cryptocurrencies, which would give each human user one and only one anti-Sybil participation token.[3] The first published work using the term proof of personhood was in 2017, proposing an approach based on pseudonym parties.[4]

In-person events

The approach originally proposed by Borge et al. was to use in-person pseudonym parties as a basis to create anonymous one-per-person tokens periodically without requiring any form of identity verification.[2][4] The encointer project adapts this approach by asking participants to meet in small groups simultaneously at randomly-chosen places, to verify each other's physical presence.[6]

One drawback of this approach is the inconvenience to participants of going to designated physical locations at specific times, especially for participants with conflicting responsibilities at those times. Another issue is the challenge of organizing federated pseudonym parties in multiple locations simultaneously while allowing each group to verify that all other groups are organized honestly without inflating the number of digital credentials they issue.[citation needed]

Do you realize now, stupid masternodes, how much stupid you are?
What I have proposed to you, back in 2016 , it appears now as a unique original work, issued by a researcher in 2020!!!

Have a look at more related papers https://arxiv.org/abs/1912.12141?ut...ral&utm_campaign=RESR_MRKT_Researcher_inbound
