Alright so just to double check you followed these steps?

Code:
cd p2pool-drk
make
cd darkcoin-subsidy-function
sudo python setup.py install
cd ..
git clone https://github.com/darkcoinproject/xcoin-hash
cd xcoin-hash
sudo python setup.py install

If so, then it should work.

I have the latest forkfix daemon, with the p2pool-drk on testnet, but still that error..
and throwing some hashing power to that p2pool.

Not sure then. The testpool p2pool was built using those instructions above. I was still receiving some errors occasionally, but not the CDdataStream one.
Does the daemon have active testnet connections?

darkcoind --datadir=/xxxx/darkcointest --conf=/xxxxx/darkcointest/darkcoin.conf --testnet getaccountaddress 0
testnetaddr: mtPDe3eMkhsDfFTJznm5kubrSpz1uKRqkz

and using that address as fee payment address on the p2pool.

and the address on miners is also that addr..

i pointed a miner at stratum+tcp://54.200.165.131:18998 so I guess I don't need the darkcoind fix. I compiled it last night though. If I can do anything else, please let me know. I'm always in and out of the house!

the stratum pool doesn't seem to find blocks anymore. Last block found was 295

is there a binary for a MN on the testnet?

edit: or can we just use the current binary? "version" : 100811,

edit2: also, shouldn't some of us run olderversions to mimick what will happen when live?

Testnet p2pool seems to be working well, using the daemon git forkfix along with dstorm's fb2c8ac p2pool commit. When running p2pool during the fork last week it was obvious there was a major problem. Will keep an eye on the logs for the messages listed in the OP.

To anyone helping with the forking issue on testnet:

Can you please search your debug.log for "CheckBlock()", if you have any occurrence of that please send the log to [email protected]

Thanks!
