I can get if theres a posting condition for preventing one time visiters / spammers.

But really im not allowed to P.M. s.o. until i get likes?
How strange is this?

As darkcoin and it's community grows we are facing a huge number of spammers who want all your coins.
Have you ever been in the bitcointalk sandbox? THIS is far more annoying than the new anti spam measurements of darkcointalk

elbereth or AlexGR is running the Darkcoin WIKI as far as I know.
Standhaft or Simcom or InternetApe are maintaining reddit.
