Hi,

You can try to find replacements on your own if you want. It might be faster and cheaper. If you can't find any, then you can try to get them replaced. Here are the fan specs:
Model: FFC0812DE
Specification: 80*80*38mm
Voltage: 12v
Current: 1.80A
Speed: 5700RPM
Air volume: 80.16 CFM
Noise: 52.5DB

Thank you. I will just replace on my own following the fan specs you provided.
Always great customer service from you guys! Keep up the good work.

Hi,

What kind of hashrate are you getting and from what pools? We would like to know for reference.

Ok i tried many pools
let me list them

https://www.nicehash.com
https://www2.coinmine.pl
https://www.multipool.us
https://www.coinotron.com
http://www.p2poolmining.us

All of them gave average of 10 GHS as maximum, there is no doubt that some time miner hash at 16 GHs and same time only 6 GHs, it is very important to have a CONSTANT hashing rate for two reasons

Number 1 reason: To obviously get atleast 11 GHs average as advertised by you when sold to us

Number 2 reason: Sometimes difficulty is low and more chance of increasing our average earning so if that time your miner hash at only 6 GHs so its just loss of earning.

I am not sure who the owner of iBeLink is because if he was aware of this issue he/she must have done something for repute of his/her company but looks like ticketing staff is not competent and don't care about iBeLink repute, they should atleast learn from your competitors who gave BETTER specifications as compared to what they advertised.

what you say is quite true , i am having much lower hash rate than yours . much lower. although when i feel the heat of the machine , is not that hot also .
yet my PPL get low and hash rate goes protective and low mining rate ..

Hi
What about upgrade kit to 22G? or, may be new firmware with more PLL???
Hi,

There is currently no news about upgrade kits to 22G yet. The PLL range is determined by many factors during testing and development. I do not believe it can be raised any higher.

Hi,

Our miners are specified to be 10.8Ghs, not 11Ghs. Running with an average of 10GHs is very close to spec. Remember that there are other factors that will affect the hashrates that are out of our control like pool settings, difficulty, network latency, etc. I will also test out those pools.

As to your statement about competitors giving better specifications as compared to what they advertised, it could all be a marketing strategy. This is all speculation of course. Now let's keep this on topic with tech issues/discussions.

Hi,

What temperatures are your miner reporting? The chips themselves will be hotter than the heat you will feel from the machine. If you can get a reading of around 35C, the PLL should be set to normal.

1. If your miners are specified to be 10.8Ghs, not 11Ghs please UPDATE your website, but even in that case you are not meeting up your advertised specifications.

2. No its not very close because loss of 1 GHs per 24 hours is ridiculous, when we paid you alot of money.

3. I do remember all the other factors that will affect the hashrates like i have tried all major pools even those which were tested by you and included in documentation, difficulty, network latency etc. Everything is perfect and what is NOT PERFECT is your iBELINK device.

4. As to my statement about competitors giving better specifications as compared to what they advertised, it is NOT a speculation infact it is proved i have a D3 and its giving 17 GHs on average.

5. Obviously lets come back to topic, what are you going to do to compensate us for lower hash rates than advertised? Or provide some technical solution to fix it, Please provide us the technical solution

Hi,

I have replied to you in a PM as this is a bit off topic.

But then why the problem is to open the sources of СGMiner ??
Many pages ago you wrote that you are doing this. But there is no result. Let users decide what to do with their equipment. At one's own risk. The difficullity of networks has increased (x10 on DASH for examlpe). Profit on coins fell to an average of $ 20- $ 25 per day. And it is only beginig. And all your customers are simply fools.
We supported you with money, prepaying for new equipment from the first batch for a lot of money. Most of us are not from China. And we paid extras for shipping and duties. And now the payback period tends to infinity every day. Is it good that the producer has "collected the cream" and turned his back on us?
P.S. If you act the same way, after 2 months your technical support will be of no use to anyone - DM11G will be used as heaters in garages.

Hi,

Are you talking about the DM22 upgrade kits or the firmware for more PLL? I mentioned there will be no firmware for more PLL because that would cause damage to our chips. If you want to take your own risk and void the warranty, you can go change the PLL yourself.
When our miner was announced, no one expected the difficulty to increase due to competitors coming out right after us. This is the risk when people buy any asic machines. It is not our fault the payoff period has increased and we certainly can't control when competitors come out with new machines.

"cause damage to our chips"
Now - its not your chips. Its my chips.

When you announced DM - you was announced it as upgradeble system. Not as heater after 1 month.

" If you want to take your own risk and void the warranty, you can go change the PLL yourself."
I am ready to do that. But how???? I cant set pll more than 600

And one more - at first i was ask about announced kits for upgrade. If not yet - let take chance to increase HR with g11 blades. Before you produce announced upgrade kits.

Hi,

I will see what I can find about changing the PLL. I might have gotten ahead of myself before consulting the appropriate team. Trying to increase the HR of the DM11G takes more than just a firmware update. Changes will need to be made to both the software and the hardware. We are still planning to do upgrade kits, but due to the fast changing situations/environments other things are taking priority.

[EDIT] Ok, I just found out you are not able to set the PLL above 600. It is just not supported. I am sorry for the wrong information earlier.

Hello IbeLink

i noted that due to unstable hash rates its badly effecting my earnings, is there a way that miner mine at your advertised 11 GHs just like Bitman and other miners do.
Because 24 hour average is less than 10 GHS even when i have your recommended temperature readings in the device.

same experience here my average is 7GH

@iBeLink: Please set a good example, either resolve this average hashing issue or compensate all of us and you will spread some good words about you thus saving your company's repute.

Hi, support.

I need your help and advice.

Due to the increased catastrophic mining difficulty on pools I've decided to start mining in Solo mode. I've launched the miner with nicehash settings as the it was written in the instructions.

But when I launched my DM11 for solo it shows unreal huge hashrates and LED indicators blinks red every minute.

So maybe I am doing something wrong and want to know your opinion: Is it good idea to mine in solo mode if i have 30 ibelink DM11 machines?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

The huge hashrates you are getting is most likely a wrong difficulty setting. The LED blinks red is caused by the miner detecting this unusual reading and restarting the blade. If you can raise the share diff of your miner, you should start to get normal hashrate readings. For your question about solo mining, in my own opinion you can solo mine. If you want more opinions, you can join the Dash Slack and ask the people there. They are very friendly and helpful. You can join from this url https://dash-nation-invite.herokuapp.com/ and join the #mining channel.
