The first basic meetup Dash New Friends in the Office was a success. To be the first, my partners were very receptive and are very interested in continuing to learn how to use Dash!

I ran another Facebook advert this time with a different target audience, it worked well the crowd was more business focused. The theme was safe storage, so I demonstrated how to make, fund and sweep paper wallets and talked about hardware wallets and their uses.

The conversation was really lively and focused on the possibilities of this technology in business and as a tool to send, protect and create wealth.

I funded and gave away 14 paper wallets with $5.

I realise now that i only got a photo with people holding the paper wallets but we went on to install wallets for everyone.
It is worth noting that at the time Jaxx on iOS could not sweep Dash paper wallets while the android version could.

We just had our meetup in Caracas-Venezuela, there was 16 of us, 3 organizers and 13 participants.

@Jahlexis Tafari Lugo explained what is blockchain, what is cryptocurrency and talk a little about minning.

@algodon.franelas explained what is DASH and introduced @dashcaracas

I talked about how to earn DASH and offered his counseling.

People got 3.5 USD in DASH for coming, and 1.5 USD in DASH for posting in their social media, mentioning $DASH.

Finally, we offered "papelón con limón", a refreshing beverage from our country, which they payed with DASH.

I made a few changes this month to improve the quality of meetups and make things overall easier, please review.

The main thing changed was that the basic meetup now has a minimum of 4 people required, plus the host. This will help foster regularly scheduled meetups rather than random type meetups. If you want to do random type meetups of 2 or 3 people they will now need to be listed under the wildcard meetup.
Also, the original meetup contest has been retired but feel free to do something similar or anything you want in the Wildcard Meetup.

Last cycles winners will be announced Thursday on Dash Force News.
