As usual for the Dash Venezuela team, every Friday before our conference we always share with new groups of the Venezuelan press the basic aspects and introductory topics to the conference the next day.
Also as part of our team strategy to maintain basic knowledge on job security and events, we share in this talk with our team of "juniors" and each coordination representative.
On Saturday, March 24, 2018, we had our 6th Conference entitled: "How to buy and sell DASH - Digital Cash and other cryptocurrencies in Venezuela", held at the Intercontinental Tamanaco Hotel in a prestigious area of Caracas, Venezuela.
8:00 am.
With a very good coordination between our database team, Evenpro, logistics and production gave the perfect welcome to 592 people, who were received with the necessary material to know the proper development of the entire day of the event: folder with conference agenda, list of participating entrepreneurs in the DASH City, general information about our allies DASH Help Venezuela; always with the respective ballpoint pen, all perfectly designed and produced for the height of this event. In addition, we surprised our guests with an ecological bag that would accompany them with their purchases using their passport in the DASH City.
At this stage of our cycle it is a natural behavior of our guests to go to the Dash Help Venezuela booths to request any support for wallet download or synchronization of wallets in any of the devices they use, such as: smartphones, tablets and laptops. @AlejandroE
The participants began to live the experience of the 6th. conference in the great hall Naiguatá of the Tamanaco Hotel.
Starting at 9 in the morning and complying with the agenda, we started with videos of our entrepreneurs and didactic capsules for the refreshing of the basic concepts about blockchain and DASH - Digital Cash. Video streaming through our Youtube channel punctually initiated the transmission of everything.
9:00 am.
I had the honor of opening the event by telling a little about the progress of our website www.DashVenezuela.org and the new updated list of entrepreneurs that you can explore right there. Helping new visitors to meet all the entrepreneurs of Venezuela who accept Dash and turn a virtual window for each merchant of each entrepreneur.
Lorenzo Rey, began by explaining what Dash is, and how to buy or sell it in Venezuela. Something that impressed all the audience was when the giant screen caught the attention of the audience with Lorenzo Rey presenting a live exchange process through the semi-decentralized platform Cryptolifex, which is estimated to be released to the public in the middle of April. Lorenzo Rey closed his conference with massive applause for such excellent information provided and again the participants were satisfied to have overcome a new step in this cycle of knowledge provided by Dash Venezuela.
It was time to enjoy an innovative experience for the Dash team and for our cycle of conferences and we decided to share a hopeful moment with all our participants, strengthening hope and a positive commitment for our country.
Afterwards, Lorenzo answered to the questions made by the attendees in the hall and on Twitter through the hashtag #DashVenezuela
12:30 pm. to 5:00 p.m.
After such a rewarding event, we welcomed a new edition of DASH City, which thanks to the big space of this new venue counted with 88 entrepreneurs willing to strengthen their projects, their businesses and products with the quality and dynamism offered by Dash - Digital Cash as a payment platform. The charm of each of the entrepreneurs captivated the attendees who were already in conference plus the 373 new attendees who entered after 2pm.
In Dash City we could enjoy chocolates, bakery, craft beers each providing disruptive experiences for buyers, motorcycles, storytelling experience for the little ones, health and personal care area, clothing and accessories. In short, each month we get closer in products and services to what the concept of Dash City deserves.
In parallel, we gave the use of the Naiguatá hall to our allies Dash Merchant @andrade92 and Criptolugares VE @Juan Petit|CriptoLugares so they could helps us with our dinamic that we call "Interactive Tables: Lets Use DASH" for anyone who wants to understand more about Dash - Digital Cash for their business, their personal savings or different concerns about our platform. This brings even closer to our entire audience with a one-to-one meeting with the Dash Venezuela team. More than 60 new entrepreneurs and businesses interested in Dash were attended in just two hours of service. Already throughout the course of the afternoon, a large group of people received their tip based on their previous expenses that are usually mostly: food and donations to existing NGOs in DASH City. Happy to receive the new amount, continue touring the fair to give yourself a taste with new products that conquer their tastes or needs.
The atmosphere of our conferences is an opportunity for our community to be involved in new challenges, positive challenges that develop them and get in Dash Venezuela new tools to generate progress. Internally, as a work team, Dash Venezuela closes the day with more experience and smiles than fatigue, with new challenges for April and with the fixed idea of maintaining quality and enthusiasm from day 1.

Hello, everyone.
We are getting prepared for our biggest proposal ever. We are going to be present in 13 cities of Venezuela, producing 31 events and reaching 1600 people in May 2018.
This is possible thanks to the evolution we have been experiencing since the first time that MNOs and the community trusted us with our first proposal. We began as a community in one city (DASH Caracas), and now we are becoming an organization (DASH Venezuela) that conglomerates multiple communities and projects in Venezuela, and soon in LATAM.

Now, I will present to you what we want to achieve in May and part of June:
- 8TH DASH CONFERENCE + DASH CITY IN CARACAS - VENEZUELA FOR 600 + 400 PEOPLE,
that will take place on saturday May 12th in the Pestana Hotel Caracas. Here you can see our detailed budget:
- 12 SMALL COMMUNITIES SUPPORT:
We will be providing guidance and supporting financially for the communities of: Falcón, La Guaira, Los Teques, Maracaibo, Margarita, Mérida, Puerto La Cruz, San Antonio de los Altos, Táchira, Trujillo, Valencia, Valle de La Pascua.
If we did a car trip from the easternmost city to the westernmost one, it would be a 35 hour road trip, we would have to drive + 2.2K Km. Here you can see the route and a picture of our map with the cities marked:

- DASH VENEZUELA'S OPERATION EXPENSES:
After 7 months of work, our team has grown considerably, and for our meetings and for the training sessions we organize to the team members and the entrepreneurs, we used to rent different venues for the day. Because of the increased volume of the work, now it is cheaper to rent an entire office for the whole month than the individual rents. Here you can see our detailed budget:
- REIMBURSEMENT OF DIFFERENCE FOR PRICE FALL:
When price went up in november and december, we had a surplus of our budget. That is why we did not submit a proposal for january, and we organized that month’s event using that residual budget. But in february and march the price fall was considerable, and that affected our budget really hard. In the end, the directive team of DASH Venezuela had to lend from their personal funds in order to get everything done. That is why we propose to make this analysis every month.
We will compare the DASH price at the moment of proposal submission with the average of DASH real price during the execution month. If there is a surplus, we will deduct the difference from next month budget. But in case of deficit, we will ask for a reimbursement. Here you can see our detailed budget:

I am the leader of the community of San Antonio de los Altos in Venezuela and the work that Eugenia has been doing first with Dash Caracas and now with Dash Venezuela, can now be seen much more than before.
We were the first community that joined DASH Caracas after its first conference in September and we started to hold the first meetups with DASH Global support, however the work was difficult, because people were afraid of this innovation, especially in my city
After 8 months of work in which @algodonfranelas has brought knowledge through her conferences in Caracas, we are getting more and more entrepreneurs and businesses that want to know about DASH and learn how to use it as a payment method in their business in our city San Antonio de los Altos
This support that DASH Venezuela now wants to give to small communities is very valuable because we believe that this is the way to help Venezuela overcome economic stagnation due to the lack of foreign exchange and production. DASH can help, for example, to that businesses and companies see in DASH the way to import raw materials that they require for the production of their products without the need to use foreign currency (to which we do not have access in our country) and that is why this knowledge we want and need that I arrived at all in Venezuela.

We meet all the conditions to exert a great impact on the adoption of Dash as a way to exchange value.
With a platform like Dash, which not only offers the additional financial value, but also allows us to build the purchasing power of entrepreneurs, fostering the values on which the crypto-economy is based, showing "true decentralization".

We are very familiar with all the initiatives DASH Venezuela is doing in our country, working very closely with them as one team during the planning and execution stages for all the conferences they have done in Venezuela.

We represent the community of Dash Trujillo. We have been for 8 months in Dash Caracas in Conference and as Entrepreneurs since the first conference where we are very interested in learning about the use and handling of this cryptocurrency since it is very fast, in our companies we use it as a payment method and it is exciting to see how people make their transactions easy plus the commission is very low and the transaction is secure. Trujillo is an Agricultural and Livestock City, we also have the highest monument in Latin America The Virgin of La Paz, among other places like the Embrace of Simon Bolivar and Morillo in Santa Ana, Dr José Gregorio Hernández in Isnotu among others ... which would encourage more visits to the city with the use of the cryptocurrency, in Trujillo there are serious problems with cash and a lot is affected to make the payments since few businesses have point of sale. It would be the most viable solution. Trujillo has a population of approximately 840,000 inhabitants and has 20 municipalities, we have visited several sectors and we have many people interested in adopting Dash as a form of payment. most of the interest has been by businessmen entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs of the city, we also have the Trujillo and student community that has said use it and also protect their savings from inflation, this project is very interesting because we can do a great job to expand and achieve the goals set for this year with Dash Caracas, Dash Venezuela, so we will come as a team to be the first #NationDash

I am one of the members of the DASH PLC community (puerto la cruz) throughout the experience we have with the dash force platforms and the dash community, which we started with our own funds, we have been communicating and waiting for the opportunity to to be able to join forces and intelligence with the large team that now make up DASH VENEZUELA.
The previously presented proposal, in which the PLC community is included, will allow us to carry out an important extension to the community in a regional manner, developing more users and more businesses, but the most important is the institutionality that is being given to the idea of DASH in the country.
In a country where centralized institutions are the living example of malfunctioning, thanks to the joint work of a group of us at the national level, we are being able to develop an idea of organization and community in all the country wide. During the last conference, we had the opportunity to be present with several of those who have worked locally in each community, and only the idea of being able to agree on the best practices, share experience, knowledge and respect the individual criteria of each region, has allowed us to develop a much more organized work schemes and get down to work in this plan we call DASH NATION.
with the approval of this proposal you would not only be allowing the organized growth of an eco-system of communities, but you would be approving the structuring of an institutional scheme that would make the growth of DASH something permanent over the time. And also in what I have no doubt it will become the DASH growth model for other countries.
