iBeLink™ DM11G ASIC Dash Miner Support Thread

Hello IbeLink

i noted that due to unstable hash rates its badly effecting my earnings, is there a way that miner mine at your advertised 11 GHs just like Bitman and other miners do.
Because 24 hour average is less than 10 GHS even when i have your recommended temperature readings in the device.

For what it's worth, I'm getting over 12 GHS on CoinMine.pl

I just wish they would have supported extronance. Their older machines do. It's just not acceptable in this day and age. Hell my S5 supports extronance.

I was wrong!!! The new cgminer update support extronance finally! It would have been nice to actually have some sort of release notes(wtf?) . There is literally nothing on the site. This makes the multipools actually viable now. Hit the "update" button on the bottom of the config page and add "#xnsub" to any mulipool you connect to. Ie "stratum+tcp://sha256.eu.nicehash.com:3336#xnsub" and you're off to the races. This should have been posted on the front site!

Which pool(s) seem to be the most stable for these machines, and what settings are you using? I've tried a pretty good amount of the DASH and Multipools, and I am getting pretty mixed results. Any pointers would be helpful. :)

Hi,

What firmware did you update to? Was this for IB3.5.25? I think that update fixed something that made it work better with Nicehash.

hello dear ibelink staff,

I have run into a very stupid situation. I have tryed to setup the Dm11g and sent it to a datacenter. Everything worked so far, I can connect to the interface via internet. However I had to setup a fixed ip and special gateway and dns too. The problem is, that there was no possibility to change the DNS in the configuration.
Now the interface says: Connection to 127.0.0.1:4029 failed: 'Connection refused'

Since the Datacenter is in another country I have a real problem here which I don´t really know how to fix it...
The specialists in the datacenter only do what I tell them and have no clue, I really dont know what to do. Is there any possibility to change the dns via remote access?

I am really unfamiliar with embedded linux systems and would be glad about any help, I am also willing to pay.

I hope you can help me,

sincerely,
Domo

Maybe it is also something with the system itself, since after the call at the center they told me everything is working fine. However I really dont know how I should manage to reflash the sd card and configure everything remotely...

Hi,

Are you able to access the miner home web console page at all? Can you get a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to connect?

I am worried about update/restore/rollback, because if the ip settings get deleted I loose the last connection to the miner...

yes the home button works but it gets me back to the same site with the error just without update/restore/rollback buttons

I really dont want to ask you for root access for the miner, but maybe you can try configure it when I give you login details?

But then why the problem is to open the sources of СGMiner ??
Many pages ago you wrote that you are doing this. But there is no result. Let users decide what to do with their equipment. At one's own risk. The difficullity of networks has increased (x10 on DASH for examlpe). Profit on coins fell to an average of $ 20- $ 25 per day. And it is only beginig. And all your customers are simply fools.
We supported you with money, prepaying for new equipment from the first batch for a lot of money. Most of us are not from China. And we paid extras for shipping and duties. And now the payback period tends to infinity every day. Is it good that the producer has "collected the cream" and turned his back on us?
P.S. If you act the same way, after 2 months your technical support will be of no use to anyone - DM11G will be used as heaters in garages.

The guy is absolutely right, we funded you and you guys defied our trust , time for you to compensate us all.

Please what is "extronance" and how does it affect miners? I keep seeing the term but have not been able to find a good answer

Hi,

From what I understand, it is mostly used for profit switching pools. When the pool switches coins, it makes the miners reconnect and cause dropped hashrates. Using extranonce.subscribe it lets the miners get the new work, without reconnecting to the pool. Info from this github post.

Thanks finally makes sense. So if I am just mining DASH and not switching it should not bother me.
