What is a Tor-wallet?

    It's basically a wallet which has SOCKS implemented and routes via SOCKS to a TOR gateway.
    TOR offers a SOCKS interface for its clients.

    Sounds simple to implement. Do we need this for darkcoin?

    For this scenario TOR must be installed, which is not what Joe Average is able to do properly.
    I guess the wallet vertoe mentioned is a full TOR client which doesn't need a local TOR installation.
