Paper wallet reclaim problem, but it doesn't show anything

    Hi, I'm trying to scan a qr code of a paper wallet and redeem it by the dash Android app, but it doesn't do anything, neither let me sweep the dash or showing a error message.
    At first it showed a error message about not being able to connect to a certain direction after 5000ms, but now it doesn't do it more, anyone have and idea of what is happening?

    Hi @LordNargacua it sounds like you are having connection problems. Are you in a country with internet restrictions? Maybe you could try restarting your phone and using a VPN before trying to use the wallet. Note that these connection problems should be a lot less frequent in the latest version of the app (5.18.3) so please check to make sure you have that version installed.

    We have verified that the Paper Wallet Sweep function is broken. A ticket has been created to fix this.

    We have issued an update for this issue, v5.18.5. Please update and give us feedback regarding it working.

    After further review and discussion with others who had the same problem, we found that there was a program in Venezuela that was giving Dash to purchasers of a Krip K5 phone. The first set of paper wallets were empty. Contact the place where you purchased the phone to get a new paper wallet if this situation applies to you.
