Probably a reseller that cut a deal with Bitmain. Bitmain sends them a few miners in mid September that they then resell for a mark-up. And they're saying Oct to have a buffer in case Bitmain delays...

All the customers who purchased in July have not yet got delivery for iBeLink DM11G and expect that iBelink send them free upgrade kit for DM22G as those customers purchased DM11G at expensive rates by putting their trust in iBelink.

Its time for iBeLink to show to the miners that they are miner friendly and a good organization with positive intentions.

I hope iBeLink will give this FREE UPGRADE KIT porposal a consideration and win the heart of miners.

Thanks.

Ibelink dm11g in the box is 41 pounds, unless thats a shipping mistake, maybe your right cause they should weigh at least 48 pounds (22kg). These new machines are 19kg...(41~pounds). Maybe they are being shipped with the upgrade kit now..

I am unable to connect to the web interface and therefore the miner is not mining. Is there a reset on the miner or any other things that I can try to make it work? The web interface worked earlier but now it won’t open up. Your help would be greatly appreciated

Yes, there is a reset. But it will put the default configuration.
Some miners comes with these problems, I suggest you to download the original image file form iBelink website and install in a extra card.
The miner is just a linux installed in a Pi Board, which has a card with a customised Linux for DASH Mining.
Remove this card (Shutdown, open de miner, remove this micro SD card and don't delete or install at this original card.)
Put your new card with the new system installed there.

Why I'm suggest this? Because without root password, you can not do better modifications and the permissions of the user miner are blocked, if you have the root password, you can try to repair and fix this problem via ssh. The question is: Can you operate Linux? If not, call someone Linux Specialist, Geek, Administrator or Friend, who knows Linux very well!

You can download the image and a separate test tool at the manufacturer iBelink (xing-ling) website:
iBeLink DM11G TF Card Image Ver. 3.5.21 (https://www.dropbox.com/s/ed7tz35gjnt4tlq/iBeLink-DM11G-Image-Ver3.5.21.rar?dl=0)
iBeLink DM11G TestTool TF Card Image Ver. 3.5.21 (https://www.dropbox.com/s/3l5bm3ct2erfx48/iBeLink-TestTool-Image-Ver3.5.21.rar?dl=0)

A second dirty solution is:

Stop the mining system at Web-Interface. Stop and deactivate all pool configurations, at the pools tab configuration.
When the complete pools are stopped, duplicate one configuration that it uses the same configuration of your pool account configuration.
Set as default and delete the others, one by one. Sometimes it will freeze when you try to do this. I don't know why, but after a patience action, has worked with me. Anyway, the best is to install a complete new image, because some miners, theoretically, could be hacked, if you don't have a root or administrator password. Welcome to the club! I wish you the best!!!

PS: Don't believe at people offers you expensive and fast solutions, listen you mind, feel your heart and use your life experience, fly to China and make new Chinese friends there, it's the best way to understand and acquire miners with a real price and real knowledge.

Just to clarify the web Interface won't come up at all. I think the IP configuration Is incorrect. So I'm not able to do any reset, reboot or other options in the web interface

If anybody could lead some help that would be great. Would be willing to pay to get this figured out and working

Hi,
Double check that the network cables inside the miner is securely connected. If everything is good and you are still not able to find the IP address, it sounds like a corrupted sd card. You will need to re-image it with the file mentioned in ottokoester's post above.

Hi Vagnavs,

Can you look at your router?

If you have a new IP-Address on your network, you can access you iBelink with this IP at the browser.

I can help you, but you need a webcam, we need to look inside the hardware case and if the problem persist you need a software remote assistance.

Try to discover if the machine is acquiring an IP Address, after that you can discover what's happening, just look at the router or server of your network and open the case to see if everything is connected, there is a cable inside of the case, that it's extending the Pi Board to the LAN Network Port of the case, this is not difficult.

I'm assuming it is a Incorrect IP configuration. I tried to set a static and can't remember the static. I've looked through everything as far as finding the device on the network. I think I'll go the microSD card reimage route. Just wondering how best to burn the contents? I'm used to ISO, not so much IMG And on Windows 7

I did find the Win32 Disk imager. But didn't know if you had some recommendations instead

Hi,
I believe IMG and ISO are pretty similar. You can follow the same procedure in burning an ISO and use it with the IMG. I used the Win32 Disk imager which is easy to use.

Hi,
Can you explain what you mean by overheat? Our miners will adjust the PLL (clock setting) lower when a temperature of 38C is detected. Also, please update firmware to IB3.5.25. You can do that from the Config page at the bottom. Check the box next to Update and hit the "Update" button.

Yes, the DM11G also do suck. Loud as hell, too clunky and 2 of the ones I received are working at ~80% capacity. I'll need to RMA 1 of the 4 blades that come with it. I actually have to look for a warehouse to put these damn things because they're just too loud to have in my house. Really disappointed.
