I was having this idea because I think it can be sooo difficult and frustrating for newcomers to get their hands on some crypto. A lot of the time, well especially for newcomers, the moment you try to get in or out of fiat, you hit a big inconvenient and intrusive verification process. How can people be "unbanked" if one of the documents listed is a bank statement, it's maddening!
For any crypto to supplant fiat, there needs to be an ecosystem that encourage trade, bypassing fiat completely. It should also have a good and accessible distribution.
So I was thinking, maybe one of the admins here could create a dash jobs forum, whereby people can come along and complete tasks, big or small, in return for some dash. It should have a "no fiat" policy.
