Help! Not getting coins from p2pool

I've been using p2pool for the first time for the past few hours.. tried it thrice with the same results. I consistently hashing and having my results accepted but I nothing gets transferred to my wallet. Please help!
I'm using ccminer, I've heard that some p2pool node don't accept gpu mining?

I dont see your worker at the node. Did you stop the miner already?

300 kh/s is a low hashrate and it might take a while until you find a share which is good enough to add your address to the sharechain.

Yes I did. From what I understand, I won't be part of the payout unless I meet the hashrate requirement and the requirement for coinminer is around 390. Is there anyway I can increase the gpu hash rate? I'm using the NVIDIA GT 740M.
