Is there a pump and dump chart type predictive statistical indicator, kind of like a gaussian bell type chart variance measurer?
You could have a dump immediately forecasting formula by measuring standard normal distribution like if (

< .3) then sell 80% of holdings and if (

<.2) then sell remaining 20% of holdings.
