i can recommend a service that can 'help' you recover
(only if you know parts of the password or have very good leads what it could be)
sorry - bad news - not sure how to help
encryption is encryption - there is no recovery (as u should never trust a 3rd party service with encryption keys)

as i have already contacted him but he did not told the time how much he will take to solve the issue

i had a very good password but a spelling mistake back when i hired dave
and he saved me 1k dash - 1-2 years ago (and did the same recently for a guy with a 17k wallet !
)I have mailed the mail which was been provided but he is not replying me. I have send all the files which i have but he is asking the file which i dont have.
Dave is not able to decrypt my wallet now what else option i have by where i can get my wallets, as i have almost 12 Dash Coins in my wallet.
The software is designed so you need the password to access the funds. Maybe try hypnosis so you can remember it?
At this point it seems all you can do is go away and read about encryption, dash security and best practices for keeping your passphrase safe. This lesson has cost you 12 dash so make the most of the learning opportunity and be thankful that it didn't cost you a lot more.

Sorry for your loss man. I am in the same boat and will lose 115 dash and that = $20,000 @ this moment.

- use a VPN (safety first)
- secure your wallet.dat files and password manager file on MULTIPLE devices
- use a Hardware Wallet
- ....

A friend told him to change his password phrase. In 2018 he want to sell it, he didn't knows it anymore.
So, he give the wallet.dat file to me, told me, if I recover it, 1 Bitcoin is for me.
Last week I recovered it, with a little bit help from him, he give me some keywords what maybe is used.
