"Create a new proposal" not functioning properly?

Everyday from 12/16/2017 to today, I have attempted to create a new proposal. Each day I haven't been able to move onto the next step, "create proposal" because it does not allow me a drop down menu nor an option to manually type in anything in the "Payment date" or "Payments" options

Photo attached below. I have tried on both of my computers, and now even my phone. Nothing has worked, and I became even more confused once I saw other new proposals going through just fine.

I have tried on Windows, iOS, Google Chrome, Safari, Explorer. I'll give Firefox a try right now.

Non-functional on Firefox as well.

Are the dropdowns also unfunctional here: https://proposal.dash.org ?

Please try another PC/Mac. I suppose there is some kind of security software on your PC disallowing a part of the proposal generator.
