Is the key you are trying to sweep visible in plain text? Otherwise try a different phone or QR code scanning app to read the code.

the QR code if it is still visible. but since this blur is not read by the application of the phone
the image is blurred on the paper wallet, but the QR code is still visible. however the tlf scanner does not grab it
