I tried to post it to r/VPN as I think the response would be great but the filter catches my post as a "support" post and removes it. I messaged the Moderators there about the flagging but got no response.

Giving credit where it's due, moli was the one who actually got a response via email. I filled out a support ticket asking about it on October 28th and will update when I get a response. I also tweeted them but didn't hear anything there.

Here's moli's original post:
I also sent a request to Private Internet Access two days ago, and received an email from them saying if they get enough requests they'll look into accepting DRK.

Anyone else would like to see this happen please email: [email protected]
or go to their site to submit your request: https://support.privateinternetaccess.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm

They are one of the biggest VPN services out there. Someone in Reddit has asked them to start accepting Darkcoin and they have said that they will if they receive enough request.

Please email to [email protected] or submit a request through their support ticket system:

While we're waiting for PIA to accept DRK, maybe we can help each other find out about other private internet access services by listing their names here?
What do you guys think of the free services? Are they reliable when they say they're "logless" ?

Usually things have a price for a reason, but depending on the case, free can make sense. CyberGhost has a free product that lets you navigate for a few hours with great quality. You have less exit servers and sometimes you have to wait one or two minutes to connect, but it works quite well.

As for reliability, recent leaks have shown that you can trust nobody! For things like VPN I tend to prefer non US based companies, but truth is nobody is completely safe. Although PIA is US based, I would forget about that if they accepted Darkcoin :)

FWIW, I filled out a support ticket for the billing department last night asking if they'd look into accepting Darkcoin. Here is what they replied (within 45 minutes!):

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us. A complete list of the payment methods we accept can be found here: https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/pages/buy-vpn/

We do not accept Darkcoin but I will definitely pass your suggestion along to our admins.

Please let us know if there are further questions.

Thanks,
