This is a meritocratic project, not a marxist-socialist project
And who decides what this project is? You are?
You better read some books about free money,
And you will understand that you are not a meritocracy, because there is not a merit when someone just coins money.
In order for a money to be free, and an economy to be free, money must have some properties.
The freedom to choose your currency system
The freedom to access resources
The freedom to estimate & produce value
The freedom to trade with the money
What do you have in Dash?
You have an owfull space-time asymmetry
When new Dash are created, only some Dash users
(the miners) are credited of brand new dash, while the others get nothing. I believe this is the first injustice.
Dash has a planned limit of some millions of Dash, which means less and less Dash will be created over the time until 0 remains. So, once first adopters will have mined every Dash, how will future joiners do to get Dash? Answer is: just like Euros or Dollars. To get money you have to work for the ones who already own it. I believe this is the second injustice. Every member of a monetary community should be equal towards money issuance, and get the same relative amount of new money over the time, even if he is a later adopter.
Dash Nation must fix this bug by making Universal Dividend grow by the time according to precise rules allowing members equality toward money issuance on a half-lifespan.
You have no merit at all, just because you run your computer and produced some dash. You have to work, and you have to keep some dash and distribute some dash to the future generations.
Otherwise your dash will never been adopted by mass people.
So stop naming yourself a meritocracy. Meritocracy is in the work, not in dash ownership, especially whan taking into account the way some of you owned that dash (by taking advantage of the initial space-time assymetry bug of dash)
