Nobody is gonna take money from the people that earned it in a fair way, and give it as basic income.
The plan is to take the money from the people that earned in an unfair way, or to the take the money from the people who inherited money.
Despite your falsely claims, whichever money object incorporates a basic income as its functionality, this will turn this currency dominant.

The government has nothing to give. Everything it gives it has to take away from someone else.
Every government is just a strong man with a gun, taking money under the threat of force.
Unless there is absolute accountability in the spending, I am not in favour of giving any more to the government than I absolutely have to.

The default state of every person is poverty. Everything else is the product of multiple generations that accumulated knowledge and resources.
You have a right to nothing. For everything that is given to you as a charity, you should be eternally grateful.

Regarding Dash and early adopters that you call thieves... when you start taking away by force from the people that were there from the beginning because they believed in the project, you are sure to destroy the value of the currency itself.

Not by force. I already told you what will happen. You will be ignored.
Money is a social convention, it is well known that money does not exist in case there is no community to believe in it.
The old greedy dash generation will be ignored by the new generations, and their dash blockchain version will become a test-net.
This will be their punisment.
