RC5 Launching September 22nd

Hi Evan, I just wanted to take a moment to talk about your tor like idea. I agree with finishing DarkSend, etc... before delving into other services, however, I want you to know our community came up with pretty much all the promotional information of what the new coin Electrum Ethereum ends to create starting back in March already. We had the ideas first, we are ahead of the game by far, and the only way they can keep up would be to copy *your* code. I think we should be the ones to create web 3.0. Why not? It was our ideas that were spelled out long ago. Please don't slow down after this, and go for it. Thanks for reading!

I have a question on enforcement.

After restarting Darkcoind, payee of getblocktemplate is empty for some period.
What happens when a pool(on a newly restarted Darkcoind) found a block in this status ?

Guys come on, post this update the official darkcoin twitter already! That would be the first place where people will be looking for news after seeing the price rise.

We don't want a pump and dump scenario. This coin will become a success once everything is ironed out.
 
Thank you all for pushing forward on this. You are an amazing team of talented very inspirational people. This is an amazing project with so much more than anything else out there as far as opportunity and working technological advancements. Darkcoin is KING......

As far as I know, nothing has changed development-wise. I think Kristov just found out about it today, so it's just new to him.
 
It might be fine to avoid pump and dump, sure, but we still need actual adoption and use of the coin. Just because some people will pump it does not mean we avoid spreading news about important updates surely.
 
lets take this a bit slow and let RC5 come out first .. we wanna make sure we do not end up on a wrong fork or anything before we promote this proper !!

Do we get a new button? start-up grahpic? "enforcement active" line somewhere? I thought we might have the wallet upgrade with Rc5 too.
If all the new features happen without any visable change in the wallet then forget it i guess...
