PROPOSAL: DASH DAO Tutorial Videos - 30 DASH Fee

Nope Tally and Snapshot are EVM specific, we could of course create a process from allowing wallets to 'sign' and vote and then we could weight their votes based on their wallet values at a certain snapshot, or maybe even based on the velocity (spending and recieving) of dash up to a certain point, or a combination of the two, so that users and holders also get a say. the most recent discussion of whether or not masternode holders should get a bigger payout is a prime example of only polling a subsection of the community for a change that will impact the entire community.

Snapshot is baked by ethereum. Tally is also baked by Eth or other irrelevant cryptos.

Dash is based on bitcoin/lightcoin codebase.

So the solution may be for dashqt to sync the governance objects before syncing the blockchain.

Yea... So, instead of trying to build something from scratch, let's consider secure alternatives that can be easily deployed and won't break the bank.
