depends on your settings I guess
I do not use iCloud (centralised boobi trap)!
all you do is use his iTunes log in to get the App on your phone , as you are not doing any backups with his account that should be all ok !
without the seeds (wallet) you can not do ANYTHING ( you can not , or barely, erase the app)
Not really. I mentioned this in a post before. An Apple, app developer can add up to 100 devices for their $99/year fee. Any more than 100, then there is a cost, but I've never come close to getting anywhere near it. Each apple device has a unique identifier. The app developer adds that id to their "account" (this id only is used in signing). The dev then picks which "features" the app will use (iCloud is not required so no need to check that option... nor the 'in app purchases' nor the game center, etc.)
Having an iPhone Dash wallet is really cool. But, I feel like I have a laserdisc player and no one to play with. :-(
It did get a little "expensive" when it became too easy to use the ShapeShift iPhone to app, then copy/paste Breadwallet (bitcoin) to my Dashwallet (Dash) and see the coins show up.
Tungfa's instructions are pretty clear. (if you've done something like it before)
But, before you can put the iPhone Dashwallet on an actual iPhone, you will need:
1) iPhone or iPad
2) recent mac
3) download xcode (free) - but is several gb
4) pay $99/year for Developer program (if you just want to run the Dashwallet on the iPhone simulator, you don't need this piece)
5) an hour or two to walk thru the instructions (you have to do other steps like key signing steps too, like create a CSR...)
It really is not for the faint of heart. It's not difficult... just a little time consuming.
