Who are our forum moderators/admins?

I see the list of forum staff here:

but it seems that moderators are not staff. Is there a list of moderators somewhere? Also I'm curious to know how they are selected, and are moderators/staff compensated?

They are not compensated and are selected by their looks!

I don't believe there is a public lits of moderators. Some only have permits on certain subforums.

Selection has been organic. We have all been around for a long time and offered to help long ago. The forum started much before the budget system and there is no direct compensation for this, but some of us get paid from some proposal because we do other things around the project.
