when to turn a pre-proposal into a proposal?

I've had a pre-proposal up for the past couple of days (on a immersive decentralized festival), and I know this months funding block only lasts 13 more days. I'm wondering what the pros and cons might be on whether to submit for this funding block, or wait for the next one?

In other words, if you are ready and it is right, then it will fly - even in only a week or so

Generally, the more engagement / response you get, the better the outcome. But as for your proposal, I don't know, I would be cautious. I think, perhaps, MNOs would be split on it; some considering it worthless, little ROI. Tread carefully and try to build momentum.
