the "last paid" lines are both red not green

anyone know what this means ?

All other places MN shows normal

My guess would be that some payments were not paid correctly but only @elbereth can give you the 100% correct answer

It means both values are different (dashd and calculated from blocks by Dash Ninja).
In your case JOL, Dash Ninja (from blocks) missed (did not catch there was) a payment for your masternode. Nothing to worry about as long as you were actually paid.
