I sympathise with the worry over specialist hardware but, ultimately, I conclude it's no more worry than where we were a few years ago. I mean, a few years ago the cryptospace was far more of an unknown entity. Now we're at a point where banks and law makers are a little more informed. Still some way to go, but crypto is slowly growing up.
Having said that, I would really appreciate it MNOs could be offered some kind of legal insurance package, because at some point, a bunch of MNOs are going to be taken down and questioned.
