Hi,
I was wondering something... and haven't so far got around to asking the question but here goes...
When I want my wallet to generate an address to receive funds, why does it prompt me for an amount?
I mean what is the significance of that? And what if the incoming amount is not exactly as you stated it would be?
It seems a little arbitrary and potentially problematic to put in an amount which it is very hard to know upfront... for instance the fees are not set so one doesn't generally know, exactly, what amount will be incoming.
Am I leaning too much on my experience of Bitcoin wallets, here?
Any advice is much appreciated.
