    i think such system are generating small amount of electricity, so it will be expensive to run mining equipment with these.

    yes with this you can mine maybe with 1 Kwh miner, because there is no sun at night. for safety it will need battery enough to handle 1 day (or few days) of power uses.
    btw i dont know how much it cost, and how long it will last. so yes maybe it is cheaper than your home electricity and suitable to power your miner.
