Receiving Addresses Linked to Mobile Phone Numbers

We should have a facility in the Core Wallet to enter a phone number > which in turn generates a receiving address for that phone number.

A sender would then be able to send Dash to a phone number.

Could this be a feature in Evolution?

I would appreciate some Dash love to this address: (XgfyaPCm5hT1rHe6gGRBNeGJr7jje4sf82) because you like this idea.
 
My understanding (limited) is that Evolution will incorporate usernames that can be used to receive Dash. I can imagine a phone number could also be a username.
 
And this forum should probably be reserved for budget pre-proposal discussion, not feature requests. My bad.
