Summary:
Finish creating an organization and website called Dash Watch (dashwatch.org) which tracks each proposal’s status and performance fulfilling its scope, schedule, budget, and communication goals. Dashwatch.org will have a wide array of filtering, tagging, and sorting options so that you can instantly view all proposals listed by date, payout amount, proposer, tag, status as well as each of the performance metrics mentioned above.

Paragon is indeed working on it! I can vouch for it. Its indepth and will be a very useful tool. As a masternode owner I want my votes to go to worthwhile proposals also.

I've seen it and it looks awesome, still a few tweaks needed here and there though but 90%+ complete i would say. I think it is scheduled to launch by the end of the month, but you would have to ask @paragon.

I would agree. Also...I suggested some way of automating some of the data mining....geez...its currently really painful and tedious to input everything manually right now. I think he had some ideas on how to stream line it as it evolves.

By the way, does February has 30 days?
Maybe this is the trick.
The stupid masternodes voted for delivery in 30 February, so no wonder why this project is not yet delivered.
February has only 28 days, it is impossible for february to reach 30 days, so it is legitimate never to deliver!
