This is for today’s update. We are now in the middle of developing POS system for merchant use.

Their products will be valued in MYR, SGD or IDR and paid in DASH using this RocketPay POS system. We are going to cater to for offline business only.

Since this system is still under development, there are some features and functions that need to be added. We will keep update to you guys as soon as this POS system is fully complete.

Dear all,

Let us recall what will RocketPay will do. First of all this pre-proposal or so-called, this project will focus for Forex Trader. As we provide forex brokerage technology to our Forex Brokers, we could say it is one of the best ways to amend DASH payment among Forex Traders. It just matters of time since we are in the middle of developing the system to use in the RocketPay. Below, we will explain further what is the system that we developed, so you will have a clear thought and understanding regarding this pre-proposal.

By the way, just a quick update to all of you. Next week, we will have a meeting and discussion with a few Forex Brokers regarding this project. And we are looking forward to have good news soon. Pray for us!

Alright guys, now let us explain in a simple way, what does RocketPay do. If you have read from our previous post, we do explain in general what RocketPay do. RocketPay will act as a Payment Gateway, Payment Processor, Exchangers and POS system for offline business using DASH. As we mentioned previously, all elements in the RocketPay is still under development.

First, let us explain one of the main elements in the RocketPay.


Payment Gateway and Processor

We will develop our own system designated to exclusively process payment using DASH within our website which is rocketpay.today. Our system is guaranteed to be user-friendly flow cycle for clients to make a full use of DASH as their primary payment processor. We will provide more incentive or discounts for any merchant using our system as their payment processor.

For Forex Trader who want to deposit into their trading account, they will deposit and withdraw using DASH via RocketPay instead of using local wire transfer. RocketPay will act as a payment gateway as well as payment processor as well to the Forex Brokers. Payment gateway from RocketPay will provide such details from traders who are requested to deposit and withdraw to their trading account using DASH and the payment processor from RocketPay will be analyzing the details provided before confirming the payment to the traders.

It does save a lot of time and cost than the previous transaction which is via local wire transfer. We believe it will be a good news not only for Forex Traders but for the Forex Brokers as well.

DASH will be accepted as main payment for Southeast Asian Forex Trader soon!

If needed, do you see difficulty in acquiring a license for this. It seems Bank of Malaysia has the power to make regulations according to CoinTelegraph ( https://cointelegraph.com/news/mala...issue-cryptocurrency-regulation-in-early-2018 ) (being a news outlet, I presume they're 60% accurate) If any of that is true, why would banks allow cryptocurrency to legally exist in Malaysia? And how does your business fit into the up and coming regulations?

Yes we are. We will provide an exchanger platform for :

1) P-P exchanger - The end-user can trade among themselves with an escrow service provided by us, RocketPay.Today like localbitcoin.com

Basically we want to create a complete cycle for Dash ecosystem in Southeast Asia to ensure the flow from merchant to end user is complete.

So they can buying, selling and accept Dash as their payment method with no worries at all.

If needed, do you see difficulty in acquiring a license for this. It seems Bank of Malaysia has the power to make regulations according to CoinTelegraph

Thank you for your research about the Malaysia regulation by next year. Personally, this is good news because Malaysia won't ban Cryptocurrency at all. We will need either to comply with law or get around it.

As we are working with development, we also working with the legal framework by get an advice from few lawyers about how it works with the new regulation. Since we already have vast experience in Forex Brokerage Management that exposed with AMLATFA ( money laundering and terrorism finance ), so the matter is still manageable for us. We just need to wait for what's The Central Bank move and comply with the paperwork.

If any of that is true, why would banks allow cryptocurrency to legally exist in Malaysia?

Personally, we don't even know why they even allow cryptocurrency legally in Malaysia but as we know the latest update yesterday ( met a Malaysian Blockchain Pioneer ) they claimed the regulation is only bound for institution that exchange any crypto <----> MYR. Its not bound for individual who do the exchange at all. As per mentioned above, we are ready ourselves first for any decision about regulation comes in next year so that we can have head start to comply with them.

And how does your business fit into the up and coming regulations?

Our business will fit a lot once they already acknowledge cryptocurrency, we can do the guerrilla marketing much more further to give an exposure and awareness to people about Dash. The analogy is you will be more confidence to drive you car when you already have license from the authority but beware with speed bump and trap

Today, we are going to update our latest graphic content.

As we are going to cater Forex Traders, we also will educate and create a massive awareness of DASH among the public. We design and create a simple graphic of the storyline on how to use DASH as your daily payment.

The graphic above does explain a situation which is customer or client who want to buy some groceries at the market. Turns out that she does not have any fiat to pay. However, the counter officer does give an option for payment method using DASH. And she just paid using DASH via RocketPay as simple as scanning the barcode.

Good day dear All,

A quick update to all Dash Community here.

There are 3 things been suggested by the MNOs and Dash Communities, so here's for all updates :

1) Escrow service - We are still trying to reach @Green Candle and Dash Core Team via email and private message.

2) Exclusivity Agreement - Pending. Same as above status, we sent an email to @fernando and @tungfa and patiently wait for their reply to know the procedure for the agreement.

3) Live Interview - Pending for review. We reached couple members from Dash Force News to know about the procedure how to set a time for a live interview. We already received feedback from @craigums via Discordapp. Waiting for his review and schedule arrangement.

That's all 3 latest update as per suggested by communities. We will keep update from time to time about the progress.

While working on it, we already started designing more and more marketing graphic content and video.

Dear all,

For a quick update, our development still in progress and everything goes accordingly as we have planned. It’s just matter of time before we release or launch our project soon. In the middle of our development, we do need your recommendations or even comments regarding our pre-proposal, and for sure we need to have your guidance as well to improve our pre-proposal so everyone could see this project will be a huge impact among Forex Traders, Brokers and even public as well.

Now, we would like to recall about one of our main element in RocketPay. It is the DASH Exchanger by RocketPay. RocketPay not only providing payment gateway and processor, but RocketPay does provide Local Exchanger as well.


Case study

This is a real situation and even we took as our own case study. Since Bitcoin’s price has been rapidly increasing in a blink of eye we could say, and people start to aware the value of Bitcoin and they are willing to spend some of their money to buy or own Bitcoin. And now, when they own their Bitcoin and they see their sort of investment making profit, they will search for the best platform to liquidate their Bitcoin into fiat money. So, here we could say that people still depending on money and for sure they need fiat money for their daily activities.

• LUNO one of a Bitcoin exchanger that is quite well known in Malaysia.
• People keep using LUNO as their exchanger between MYR to BTC or even BTC to MYR.
• Recently, LUNO announced that they are now accepting Ethereum as well.
• Why most of the people use LUNO for the exchanger even though LUNO’s fees are quite high?
• This is because of LUNO is the only exchanger that connect directly with the local wire transfer.
• You can buy or even sold your Bitcoin using LUNO.
• That is the main reason why Malaysian keep using LUNO as a Bitcoin exchanger to MYR.

Based on the case study, we took as a serious matter and we do look this case study as our opportunity for RocketPay and for DASH too. Our aim is to be an exchanger as LUNO and we took LUNO as our close competitor, however, our exchanger is exclusively only for DASH.


For sure, using RocketPay Dash Exchanger, clients or Forex Trader mainly, does not take much longer time for any transaction between DASH and fiat money. There will be a few step provided to buy and sell DASH.


RocketPay will be the first DASH exchanger in South East Asian region in future.

We develop ourselves for an IT system to enhance more added value for :

- Forex management such as CRM system, risk management system, more back end system with different functionalities.
- Forex trader such as trader's room, copy trading solution etc.
- integrate as well our clients with Liquidity Provider connection for A Book orders.

We are not sure about what are you trying to say about Rocket Languages as we don't speak arabic at all but we can assure you that we don't own the website or video at all.

But maybe can you brief more to us about the link and video. We will try to answer the question our best.

Yes we used to have an accounts with all 3 providers and why we stopped is because of the transaction volume there is not so big at all.

That time, we only accept BTC, Paypal and Skrill only from our client means we never provide integration for our client ( forex broker ) to accept deposit from trader at all.

Thus, we decided to only accept bank wire as for now. This is the reason why we said we are going to accept Dash later from our client ( forex broker ) for starting.

This is one of the main reason of our proposal which is to increase the transaction volume for Dash.

How ?

Providing a one stop centre solution ( as we did in Forex Brokerage ) so that will increase the usability Dash within our region ( as per shown in covered aspect for the proposal )

To be exact on why we stop with accepting BTC that time is because of the volume traded, spread and usability of BTC.


Due to low usability / exposure for BTC ( during the time ) lead to low volume traded. When low volume traded will create a situation higher spread in between buy and sell BTC price. Both merchant and client facing loss when exchange fiat to BTC and vice versa because of wider spread.


Based on our real experience we plan to tackle down the problem. We, RocketTeam will go with one stop solution provider to the region with aim to increase volume traded. As we mentioned recently, we need to create a complete cycle environment (creating supply and demand) from buy, sell and spend Dash to increase the volume traded and usability in the region.


Once the cycle completed, then we will go for a robust marketing both online and offline ( covered within proposal as well ) confidently since we have a full cycle for Dash transaction to be provided.


This is our answer to a MNO asking ( in Discordapp ) why don’t we start our project in phase ( start with smaller scale ). We have to create one stop solution provider to ensure our proposal giving a significant impact to the region and The Network generally. Thus, he / she ( MNO ) suggest to go for escrow by Dash Core or GC to increase the community’s confidence level and to ensure our works is deliverable.

We hope everyone of you is doing great.

So, today just a few informations on our project progress.

1. Graphics
As for today, we have developed and designed the RocketPay Logo and some graphics contents that will be used as part of our online marketing as well as on our road tour as well.

2. Development
While for the development, we are now in the phase of developing systems referring to our main elements in RocketPay; Payment gateway and processor, Exchanger and POS System for offline business.

3. Marketing
For our marketing phase, we are now in the middle of planning and designing structure of our marketing program. We will continue our marketing to create the awareness of DASH.

4. Video
Apart from that, we already finish rendering some videos for marketing and explanation purpose as well.

5. Interview
Last week, we have scheduled a live interview with @craigums. It was an interesting and wonderful interview even though it took about 15-20 minutes. Thanks to @craigums to spend his time for the interview session. We do enjoy the session with him.

As a conclusion, these are some pieces of information on our project's progress so far.
