if you used credit card to pay for the coins complain to the bank/credit card provider they will reverse the transaction. Since they haven't sent any Dash to you, they can't dispute your claim because they cannot produce valid transaction id.

I see, so it means that you have paper wallet.

It makes things slightly more complicated.
Download your Dash wallet from dash(dot)org/wallets/
and follow these instructions to import your private key. (the one marked as secret on your paper wallet) :

Let the blockchain sync. It may take a few hours.

After that you should see your coins on your desktop wallet
