Pimp help

One of my mining computers with an R9 270x lost it's hard drive so I got PIMP going, 1.7.0 with the 14.9 drivers.

Currently doing 2342 Kh/s with Pimp's built in sph-sgminer_x11mod that is in with W0lf's binaries.

A different Windows rig, same vid card, is doing 4.2 average. The same settings aren't cutting it for Pimp.

Can someone help me with settings? Do I need a different sgminer?

Actually back in my mining-days I never got Linux-based rigs mining as good as Windows based rigs, it was mostly the GPU-driver which was lacking.

That's why I have now a shitload of Windows licenses laying around...

I got it back up to 4.2mh/s. Downloaded/compiled Nicehash's sgminer pointed pimp at it and pure joy. :)
