If you want help with it then please stick to one thread and give some feedback on the steps suggested, UdjinM6 gave a suggestion here: My new wallet won't even start and my comment above is based on the same error being quite common on Microsoft Office installations on Windows 10 and occasionally with the Bitcoin client. Folks want to help you out with it but you're not giving them much to work with.

Downloaded new wallet and seems it is all good now. No idea what issue was before but it is fixed now. Thank you for the help everyone.
