Needs some intervention in forum.

There are way to many trolling posts coming up these days.

I saw moderators erasing some, but there are such inadequate questions and advertisements.

Will we need more moderators to erase or such mechanism(members vote) that can trash the post

that are not suited here?

As a moderator I erase, ban and move dozens of posts every week. Spam is still an issue here, but we are working on that.

Regarding trolling, I value freedom of speech over all, so If the post it's DASH related I do not erase or ban anyone. Even the guy with the most nefarious intentions.

I do agree on free speech, its just a suggestion to make

such a mechanism that members are able to vote out unrelated advertisement post.

It can be quite misleading for lots of people since at this time many people newly joining crypto community.

A custom built forum would be very useful. Pay-to-post is one option that comes to mind.
