I have my DASH in the Core wallet and want to move some to an exchange (Kraken). I can't find the functionality on the wallet other than to another DASH address. Can anyone help me please?

Kraken should issue you a deposit address that you send to from Dashcore wallet, any 3rd party that supports Dash should provide deposit addresses.
If this is your first time, start with small amounts until you're comfortable sending larger amounts.
