Well done! I think I will use it soon!
One question, that probably you can help me to understand: why are you applying some patches in the build.sh when you are using the master branch?
I suggest to use just the plain master branch, because you may generate some errors by just (re?)applying some patches from pull requests already merged or updated.
Is there a specific reason?

Yes, the reason is about some incompatible which make some depends software unable to be built on alpine linux.

I have created a official dockerhub repo now

https://hub.docker.com/r/dashpay/dashd/
https://github.com/dashpay/docker-dashd

Images are automatically built and pushed to dockerhub.

Now starting a node is as easy as doing

Code:
docker run -v /usr/local/dash-db:/dash --name=dashd-node -d \
    -p 9999:9999 \
    -p 127.0.0.1:9998:9998 \
    dashpay/dashd
Thanks for your contribution, it helped a lot :)

Are there any plans to create a sentinel docker container? Only small changes like this one have to be done, that this will work.
