Masternode not starting

Hi, I've been following TAO's masternode guide and everything seemed to be working until I type the "masternode start" command in my wallet and I get the following response:

"masternode input must have at least 15 confirmations"

I've tried to retrace my steps but I can't find the problem, help please!

Hi! Thanks for using my guide! Just do as it says, wait for the VIN to have 15 confirms then try again.
