Is this wallet a scam

Hi, I decided to by some Dash on the 25th and opened a wallet with dash-wallet.info
the coins never appeared I checked the dash wallet address which shows that they were transferred in then an hour later they were taken out but never showed in my balance.
I have contacted the support desk and emailed but no reply.
This morning I checked the address again and coins were shown as going in, nothing to do with me but once again being removed. But nothing showing in my wallet.
