I need some settings for 7990 and r9 280x

I lost my bat.file with setings for my 2x 7990 and 1amd r9280x . I mine dash at dash.com Please some settings to achive best performance. Thanks!

I remember when i was mining with some 280x i have downloaded the wolf-x11Tahitigw64l8ku0.bin for more hashrate. Then i have used this in my config:

What speeds were you reaching with those settings and 280X?
