And holy shit and I like a child on my first real x-mas morning right now.


I just dropped like 45 dash on like 20 different bets..... and most likely going to lose it all but who cares.

Good thing I don't have a gambling problem then :p I just don't value my USD like most people.

there was a glitch in the page, he lost and lost and 40k coins later it was all gone !! took 20 minutes !!

Oh lord, good to know. I guess I won't be making huge bets like that then just in case..
 
that story was legendary back in the DRK days !
the guy was super cool and really involved here, and that betting incident totally broke him !
horrible story (dude 40k , think about that)
since then i am the 1st to raise the WARNING / Be Careful Flag !!

Well if he's betting everything he's got thats generally not considered a smart move too..

I've won some dash there ;) -lol. I prefer to set my dash aside for masternodes but a little action here and there won't kill ya. Still not sure wtf provable fair is, but that's why I go with sports bets.

Eagles ay? I don't trust chip Kelly's BS offense. Hes benching my Demarco M. During fantasy football playoffs.

I mostly bet on my hunch that the NFL is really a modern soap opera. Thus choosing the dramatic outcomes more often than not. ;] I'm a hawks fan though.

haha, me as well, although betting from the UK on directbet is blocked so you have to put a proxy server plugin into firefox/opera.
I know of 1 guy who won a really large bet on toto, and Michelle honoured it, so they do pay out when you are talking thousands of Dash as far as I know.

provable fair :, in layman's terms - is when the gambling site uses the hash of the blockchain to determine the winner of the wager
It's a very fair way of choosing - well - anything really
rather than
"Online Game'ing sites" like say, Poker [no name mentioned] might use a Random Number Generator instead.
It monitors the "buzz" of the CPU in an attempt to create random numbers but I don't trust them because they can be manipulated
- ugh

I know because I use to manipulate Random Number Generator intentionally on a particular Online Game'ing sites
[it was clearly stated within the documentation of the site that, that is how they choose the numbers/cards]

This particular Random Number Generator was mostly deterministic of mouse/keypad movement(s). [paraphrasing of course]
And yes - it worked remotely :-D
For example,
moving the mouse in a continuous counter-clockwise circle would generally produce a 10 or face card while a repetitive back-and-forth, forward slash, diagonal line motion, would produce the number 5 - just to name a couple.
It's not an exact science - but - it can help you win more :-P
