I did not find my Dash. DASH CORE transfer to Dash iphone wallet.

Hello, first of all thank you if anyone can help me, and sorry about my english.

I’ll do my best to explain my situation:

I have some mined “Dashes” in my DASH QT wallet, 0.12.3.3 MAC OS version.

One month ago, I did update the wallet to DASH CORE 14, and after that it didn’t work, when I try, it appears the following message: “Error: A fatal internal error occurred, see debug.log for details”

I’m not a expert, I did search some information about how to solve this but I didn’t understand how to fix it, the main problem is that I didn’t find the words to recover it in other device.

Well, yesterday I did have an idea (I don’t know if a good one), I did restore the DASH QT wallet with my time machine copy, and “voilà!!” I did have access to my Dash again. The wallet did update the blockChain perfectly and everything appears to be ok.

Then I decided to transfer them into my iPhone wallet (DashWallet v.2.4.0-0; DashSync 8956f2c), to restore the Mac, but now, after almost 500 confirmations of the two transactions that I did, when I check the iPhone wallet it appears 0 Dash.. without changes since yesterday morning. It also say that there are “no transfers”.

YES, I HAVE CHECKED THE ADDRESS AND IT IS THE SAME IN MY IPHONE..

I did search the iphone address into the blockChain, but it doesn’t appears, neither the transfer ID does... but I can see both in my DASH QT...

To do this two transfers, I did not update the wallet, I did use DASH QT 0.12.3.3 version, I don’t know if this could be the problem, but it appears to be working fine when I have the confirmations.. am I ok?

Well I beleive that my problem was to use the old 12.3 wallet and send the Dash to a new wallet, olther than 13.. Does anyone can tell me how to solve this?

Yes, did you check the other thread where I answered this? You need to be on v.0.14.0.1 Dashcore, Backup your wallet. I suggest you do a fresh sync instead of trying to rebuild the index. If you need fast access to your Dash, use Electrum wallet and import your wallet.dat.

If you broadcast your TX on a dead fork, it won't go thru, do what I told you to do above, balance should return, try again.

Thank you for your answer, I did try to install the 0.14 wallet, and it doesn’t work, it appears the fatal error message. I did reindex with the 12.3 wallet, but it doesn’t solve anything..

what is the error message ?
u can not reindex 12 or 13 wallets , they are on old (none exhisting chain)
