how to run the dash budget proposal generator??
i would like to know how to pay the 5 dash fee on dashcentral proposal. would be good a tutorial, a step-by-step, on how to generate a command to run on my local wallet.
i have already filled in the form and clicked on "create proposal" but i cannot see any command to run on my local dash wallet
i tried the following path, on my dash core: File > Open URL > and paste my proposal description url...
and then...
If the proposal has been submitted recently, it takes about 15 minutes to show up on DashCentral. Please refresh your browser or check the budget overview page until your proposal appears.
