How to become a masternode just with dashd

how to become a masternode only from ubuntu console with dashd?

A few ideas, but first a question: why don't you have dash-cli? You are making life hard for yourself... Do you at least have Python and sentinel?

You can get a masternode running synchronised using just dashd - just follow the instructions. You will need either dash-cli, the console in Dash Core QT wallet (this is the GUI equivalent of dash-cli) or dashmnb/DMT if using a hardware wallet to start your masternode remotely once synchronised though. There is no way around that.
