There is a very strict spam policy here, and we delete low value threads and comments, but you actually asked a Moderator question here. Alternate currencies spam policy is no airdrop, ICO, IEO posts, but discussing established projects is fine. Marketplace is strictly for use in Dash trade of goods and services. There is a slowdown bot if you post too frequently.
We have a pretty small Moderator team and the only way we can keep discussion focused is with our spam policy.
It is not harsh, this community belongs to Dash and is for Dash users, not outside projects.
