Graphical artifacts after mining? - Nvidia Palit GTX 670

Since today I have artifacts in all DirectX games. Here is an example how it looks in Star Citizen: http://i.imgur.com/D2vW1Un.jpg It is hard to see in this picture but those artifacts are flickering very heavy.

One thing I noticed is, if I underclock my gpu core clock -300 MHz with MSI Afterburner, those artifacts are gone. Never had to do this before.

I've gpu-mined some coins for about 6 hours today for the first time, but my gpu temp never moved above 70°C. Any ideas? :what:

I would say overheating as a first response. Try putting your graphics fan on 100% and then play your game. Not a solution but would help determine if it is a temperature issue.

Im new to GPU issues, but if the under clock fixes it, I think that means it could have too little power. Trying up to 6% more power couldn't hurt. I game WHILE mining on my 770, no problems, same amount of heat.

Temperatures are ok - not more than 70°C. With 100% fan about 55°C but still artifacts. More power didn't help too. Welp, I thing I can't fix it, so i'll build a small miner with this card ;D
